Cime di Rapa (Turnip greens) Sauce is traditionally served with orecchiette pasta accompanied with grated Parmigian cheese. If you are a creative person and you like to make extravagant dishes, this sauce is ideal to serve on tosted bread.
Ingredients: turnip top 65%, 5% dried tomatoes, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil 8%, wine vinegar, red pepper, garlic, sea salt, acidity regulator citric acid.
