Pesto Delicato is the finest basil pesto paste without, produced by Frantoio Venturino since 1946 in the Liguria Region.
Pesto Delicato is perfect to pair with linguine; mix it with Béchamel sauce to make delicious vegetarian Lasagna.

This Italian Pesto is made in the traditional way using DOP fresh Genovese basil, extra virgin olive oil and Grana Padano cheese.
Ingredients: Genovese DOP basil 35%, 30% extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, cheese, Grana Padano cheese (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme: natural protein from the egg), whey, pine nuts, salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid. May contain traces of other nuts. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
