Valsugana Polenta Flour is precooked corn flour, easy to prepare, it takes only 8 minutes.
Valsugana Polenta is tasty, thanks to the steaming corn kernels.
This Polenta can be served with meat sauce, as the Bolognaese sauce, Sauce of wild boar or mushrooms.
An original version of the Polenta: make slices of 1 cm thick, fry them and serve as a bruschetta topped with mushrooms and a tablespoon of sauce.
Ingredients: 100% corn flour selected steamed.

One pack is suitable for 4/5 people.
Instructions for preparation:boil 1.5 liters of water, 1 tablespoon cooking salt and 1 tablespoon oil. When the water boils, pour in the flour while stirring. Continue turning with a wooden spoon, mantanendo the ebolizzione. After 8 minutes, the polenta is ready.
