This Italian Nougat has the same basic ingredients (honey, sugar and whipped egg white, enriched with aromas of lemon, almond and vanilla) of Hard Nougat, but it is Soft, suitable also for chidren.

Nougat rolled and cut into sticks.

Ingredients: almonds (43%), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, honey (2.5%), ostie (potato starch, water), egg white, natural lemon flavor, aroma. May contain traces of hazelnuts, milk and soy.

Gluten Free.
