Polenta Integrale Valsugana is tasty, thanks to the steaming corn kernels. This Whole GrainPolenta has a high fiber content, Polenta can be served with grilled vegetables, or fish. One pack is suitable for 4/5 people.
Instructions for preparation: boil 1.5 liters of water, 1 tablespoon cooking salt and 1 tablespoon oil. When the water boils, pour in the flour while stirring. Continue turning with a wooden spoon, keeping the boil. After 8 minutes, the polenta is ready.
Ingredients: 100% whole grain flour selected corn steamed.
